Transneft says it is gradually resuming oil loading onto tankers at the ports after the weather conditions improved.
At Primorsk (Leningrad Region), a specialized sea oil port (SSOP), oil loading was resumed in the evening of October 27; at the SSOP of Ust-Luga (Leningrad Region) and the SSOP of Kozmino (Primosrk Krai) loading is carried out according to the schedule.
Weather conditions are steadily improving at the port of Novorossiysk (Krasnodar Territory) as well: oil loading is expected to start at 17:00 – 18:00 Moscow time on October 28.
Oil shipment at the above ports was previously suspended due to bad weather conditions.
The oil transportation plan is expected to be executed by late October 2014.
