Vladimir Putin gives instructions on minimization of intermediary services between suppliers and consumers of marine fuel

RF President Vladimir Putin has ordered the Government to undertake measures aimed at minimization of intermediary services between the suppliers and consumers of marine fuel when performing bunkering operations. According to the Presidential Administration, the order was sighed following the meeting on the development of port infrastructure in the Azov - Black Sea region held in Novorossiysk on September 23, 2014. 

Dmitry Medvedev was appointed as a person responsible of execution of the above orders and instructions. The report is to be submitted by December 1, 2014.
