From December 1, 2014, Spetsmornefteport Kozmino LLC has been renamed Transneft – Port Kozmino LLC. According to the company’s press center, the decision was taken at the extraordinary meeting of Spetsmornefteport Kozmino LLC.
The company was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on December 1, 2014.
Earlier, Transneft announced unification of the names of its subsidiaries under the Transneft brand throughout the Russian Federation under the Program of Strategic Development of Transneft, JSC, till 2020.
Transneft – Port Kozmino LLC is the 14th company renamed as part of the second stage of rebranding. By the end of 2014, another 9 companies – members of the Transneft System will be renamed.
The changes in the names will not result in any changes in the structure and staff composition of the subsidiaries of Transneft, JSC; they will continue to perform their financial and operating duties.
