Oil price up to $61.18 in London and up to $56.47 in New York

On December 17, Brent crude for January delivery gained $1.17 to settle at $61.18 per barrel on ICE Futures Europe, Light sweet crude for January delivery climbed by $0.54 to $56.47 on New York Mercantile Exchange.
