Novorossiysk-Sevastopol container line launched to link Crimea with mainland

Container line Novorossiysk-Sevastopol has been launched to link Crimea with the mainland. According to Unified Transport Directorate, the line operates under the agreement signed between the organization and SMT-Krym LLC. 

The line is serviced by the dry cargo carrier Silny which make a round voyage once a week according to the schedule. The ship accepts TEU and FEU wixh maximum load of 26 and 28 tonnes respectively, as well as packaged hazardous cargo of the following class: 1.1-1.6; 1,4 S.

Unified Transport Directorate is responsible for queueing at accumulation grounds, optimization of vehicle flows, scheduling of mooring and loading\unloading operations.
