Cargo transportation by Crimea’s water transport up 36% to 595,500 t in Jan-Nov’14

In January-November 2014, water transport of Crimea carried 595,500 t of cargo (+36%, year-on-year), Crimean statistics agency says.

In the reported period, cargo turnover almost doubled (+98.4%) to 4.0 mln t-km.

The decline has been registered in air, railway and road transport sectors. 

Transportation by all types of transport in Crimea totaled 6.81 mln t (-32.8%, year-on-year).
