The outlines of the future status of open port Vladivostok will be prepared by the end of January, press center of Primorye Governor cites Yury Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia.
According to Yury Trutnev, the most important thing here are the boundary and customs regulations ensuring the fastest cargo turnover with minimum obdtacles.
“To present the concept we study the experience of the ports in Korea and Singapore. We also analyse the experience of the former periods when Vladivostok had the status of an open port”, the official said.
