Supervisory Board of Commercial Port of Vladivostok OJSC (FESCO Transportation Group) has elected Valery Mestulov as the Company’s Director General from February 13, 2015, press center of the stevedoring company says.
Kostantin Sokolov, who earlier held the positions of Commercial Port of Vladivostok Director General and FESCO Transportation Group President will concentrate his efforts on managing the entire Group, the statement says.
Valery Mestulov is experienced in managing stevedoring companies specializing in container business including those in the Far East region. He used to head Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company LLC and Vladivostok Container Terminal LLC, the release states.
“We are sure that Valery Mestulov will ensure further implementation of activities aimed at the development of our port business, primarily boosting container transshipment, and also preserve and reinforce the Company’s positions in the market”, Konstantin Sokolov said.
Commercial Port of Vladivostok OJSC (part of FESCO Transportation Group) is the largest stevedoring company at the port of Vladivostok. It provides services in handling general, bulk, ro-ro and containerized cargo. Commercial Port of Vladivostok has 15 berths with a total length of more than 3 km.
