Vessels without ice class are allowed to enter the approaches and the water areas of seaports of Rostov-on-Don, Azov and Taganrog from February 26, 2015, IAA PortNews regional journalist refers to the Decrees signed today by the ports’ Harbour Masters.
The restrictions on vessels’ ice class have been eased amid the improved ice situation and favourable weather forecast for the seaports of Rostov-on-Don, Azov and Taganrog.
According to the Harbour Masters’ Decrees, the vessels should have fuel, water, food and other resources sufficient for at least 14 days of self-contained navigation.
