According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $287 per tonne (-$2), MGO price was $546 per tonne (+$1).
Average indications at the internal market are steady at about RUB 18,300 pmt for heavy fuel oil and RUB 33,000 - 34,000 pmt for MGO.
The port of Singapore sees a increase of heavy fuel oil and MGO prices (+$7-8 and +$2 accordingly).
