Monthly throughput of Estonian ports falls 17% to 2.70 million tonnes

Consolidated cargo throughput at Estonian ports in June 2015 reached 2.79 million tonnes, or 17% down on the same period last year, ERR reports citing the country's Department of Statistics.

Overall, in June the ports loaded onto ships 1.88 million tonnes and offloaded 0.915 million tonnes of different types of cargo.

In 2014, freight traffic at the ports of Estonia totaled 43.5 million tonnes.
