Russian government has appropriated RUB 2,268,200 for funding in 2015 the federal target program for the development of Russia's Kaliningrad region intended for the period unitl 2020, the government official website said.
The funds will be spent primarily for the construction of transport infrastructure, and RUB 60 million will be allocated for the development of design documentation for construction of the international marine terminal for receiving cruise and cargo ships in Pionersky. The financing of the facilities is carried out within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Development of Transport System of Russia (2010-2020)".
The decision was taken at the Gov't meeting, July 16, 2015.
