CMA CGM has started a Global Customer Survey 2015 in order to better understand customers’ expectations and perceptions, the shipping company said in its business news. This year, the Global Customer Survey will be available in 3 languages, Spanish, English and Chinese -simplified and traditional) and will be accessible from any internet connection or any device used. Also, a dedicated website has been designed to collect answers and comments.
CMA CGM said: "The questionnaire will help us define our future partnership with our customers. This information is essential to find out how to deliver a better service experience on our global network."
