The Arctic is a prioritized subject for IV Murmansk International Business Week
Events within the program of IV Murmansk International Business Week have been approved to get an official support from the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, says press center of Murmansk regional Government. For the first time the main business event of the region will be supported by the Chamber of commerce and industry of the Russian Federation. That once again highlights the importance of the Arctic dimension in Russia’s development which is determined by the growing significance of the Northern Sea Route as well as resource, economic and social potential of the infrastructure of the subjects of Russia’s Arctic zone. A great deal of attention has been attracted to the events of IV Murmansk International Business Week by representatives of Norway, Finland, Faroe Islands, France, Spain, Canada, Netherlands and RSA. All the events of the Business Week will be dealing with relations and cooperation in the Arctic.
The IV Murmansk International Business Week will be held on November 16-20.
