Pacific Ocean Fleet arrives in Vladivostok after performing assigned tasks
The ship grouping of the Pacific Ocean Fleet, including Admiral Panteleyev major anti-submarine warfare ship, Pechenga tanker and SB-522 tug, under command of the I rank Captain Alexander Potapov, is arriving in Vladivostok after having performed assigned tasks, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
The ship grouping left Vladivostok in the early February. The ship grouping demonstrated presence of the Russian Navy in Pacific and Indian Oceans.
The detachment paid unofficial visit to the Sattahip port. On March 17-22, the seamen visited the Langkawi port, where took part in the sailing security drill.
Then the Pacific Ocean Fleet representatives visited Colombo, Changi and Da Nang.
The detachment meeting ceremony will be held on August 19 at 12.00.
