RF Government’s Decree dated September 2, 2015 (No 1711-r) approved the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Free Port of Vladivostok. The approved decision will let form the system of the free port’s collective leadership, says the press center of RF Government.
The document was elaborated by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East under the Federal Law On the Free Port of Vladivostok (No 212-FL, dated July 13, 2015).
As defined by Article 7 of this Federal Law, the Supervisory Board is the governing board of the Free Port of Vladivostok.
According to the Decree, Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, will chair the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board includes the heads and deputy heads of the related federal authorities responsible for successful operation of the free port of Vladivostok, Primorsky Territory Governor, Head of Primorje Legislative Assembly, heads of municipalities with free port status,” said Aleksandr Galushka, Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East.
The Supervisory Board includes the heads and deputy heads of the related federal authorities, heads of municipalities with the free port status, heads of Far East Development Corporation, representatives of regional trade unions and employers' associations.
