Crimea based shipyard Morye reconstructed into FSUE Shipyard Morye

Ministry of Industry and Trade has established FSUE Shipyard Morye which replaced SUE RC Shipyard Morye. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Oleg Zachinyayev was appointed the Director General of the shipyard. Ministry of Industry and Trade has entered RUB 1 bln into the authorized capital of the company.

The decree of RF Prime Minister on placing shipyard Morye under the federal ownership (No 1992-р) was signed on October 7, 2015 (No 1992-р). The shipyard has been placed under the jurisdiction of RF Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Crimea based shipyard Morye specializes in production of high-speed dynamically supported vessels (hydrofoils, hovercrafts, vessels with air-cavities), boats, pleasure yachts and boats with hull made of aluminum-magnesium alloy.
