River navigation in Saint-Petersburg to be closed from November 30

The end of navigation at the rivers of Saint-Petersburg has been scheduled for November 30, 2015, says the city committee for transport infrastructure development.

From that day, bridges will not be raised at the Big Neva and the Small Neva. Navigation at other arms of the Neva river is closed from November 15.

From November 30, vessels can pass the Neva and the Small Neva only upon preliminary application approved by the committee.
