Klaipeda Seaport cargo handling up 9.3% to 28.92 mln t in 9M’15

In January – September of 2015, Klaipeda Seaport cargo handling turnover increased by 9,3 pct. to  28,92 mln tn, i.e.  more by 2,5 mln tn comparing with the corresponding period of 2014.

According to the press center of Klaipeda Seaport, transshipment of liquid cargo totaled 7 710,2  thou tn, +39,5 pct. or +2 184,0 thou. tn yoy; general cargo – 8 408,0 thou. tn were handled, -1,2 pct. or -99,6 thou. tn yoy; dry and bulk cargo – 12 797,0 thou. tn were handled, +3,0 pct. or  +373,8 thou. tn yoy.
