According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews , the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 130 pmt (+$24), MGO price was $ 329 pmt (+$4). The increase should be attributed to rouble strengthening and to growing prices at oil tank farms.
Prices vary due to sales of fuel purchased by bunker suppliers at former prices.
The difference of MGO prices between Vladivostok and Singapore is down to $20.
Fuel oil prices on the domestic market were ranging RUB 11,000 to 12,500 pmt, price range per a tonne of MGO was between RUB 26,500 and RUB 29,500 pmt.
