Arbitration Court of the Primorsky Territory found FSUE "The National Fish Resources" guilty of violating the law On Protection of Competition, says Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.
On September 9, 2014 National Fish Resources signed an agency agreement with Globoil Terminal CJSC following the competition. Under the agreement, the use of hydraulic engineering facilities at the fishing ports of Primorje, Kamchatka, Sakhalin and Magadan Regions under economic jurisdiction of National Fish Resources was assigned to the agent.
It has been established that preparation and publishing of tender documents, announcement of tender results and signing of agency agreement were done with restriction of competition.
