Anatoly Volkov has been appointed the as Transport Minister of the Republic of Crimea, says the decree of Sergey Aksenov, the head of Crimea. The decree on the resignation of the previous Minister of transport of the Republic Andrei Bezsalov was signed on July 18, 2016.
According to publically available sources, Anatoly Volkov previously headed FSI Kaspiy of the Federal Road Agency; before 2013 he held the post of FSI Kuban head.
