President Vladimir Putin appoints Sergei Ivanov as Special Presidential Representative for Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an executive order relieving Sergei Ivanov of his duties as the Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office, the Kremlin press office said.

By another decree Vladimir Putin has appointed Sergei Ivanov as Special Presidential Representative for Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport.

Anton Vaino who previously served as a deputy to Mr. Ivanov has been appointed as the new head of Russian presidential administration.
