Passenger Port St. Petersburg between August 8 and 14 handled 12 cruise ships and 15,049 passengers, the port operator Marine Façade said.
The total stopover, berth time was 22 ship/day, total amount of operations per passenger was 83,819.
Services provided to ships:
Fresh water bunkering – 2,588 m3
Collection of ship-generated garbage – 207 m3
Reception of waste waters – 1,361 m3
During the stopover 5 helicopters made landing / take-off at the port's helipad. On August the passenger terminal handled 6 cruise ships, the maximum daily number.
PLC Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg Marine Façade is largest passenger seaport in Russia and is in ownership of the City Government of St. Petersburg. Construction of Marine Façade began in 2006. Today the facility can accommodate cruise and ferry ships with length of 330 meters and draft of up to 8.8 meters. The length and depth of new access channels is 10 km, 11 m, accordingly. The port has seven piers. The quay-side length reaches 2,171.06 meters.
