Oil production at Russia’s shelf will grow by 11.5% to 21.3 mln t in 2016

Oil production at the shelf of the Russian Federation will grow by 11.5% to 21.3 mln t in 2016, IAA PortNews correspondent cites Kilill Molodtsov, Deputy Energy Minister of Russia, as saying at Offshore Marintec Russia, International Offshore and Maritime Exhibition & Conference. According to him, gas production at Russia’s shelf will grow by 6.6% to 33.9 bln cbm.

Oil produced at the shelf of the Russian Federation accounts for 3.6% of the country’s total oil production, gas share is 5%.
