Fuel oil prices are still high at the Far East ports (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $305 pmt, IFO-380 НS — $311 pmt, MGO price was $ 410 pmt.

Heavy fuel oil is still in deficit in early November. Suppliers provide no forecast as regards the dates of supplies.

Heavy fuel oil prices range between $290 and $320 pmt.
