Press center of RF Defence Ministry says ships of RF Navy’s Black Sea Fleet and Turkish Naval Forces conducted the PASSEX joint exercise in the Black Sea.
The ship crews organized communications, repelled an attack of a small-sized high-speed target, and practiced joint maneuvering as well as performed a search-and-rescue operation.
The Turkish Naval Forces were represented by the Barboros frigate and the Büyükada corvette. The Admiral Grigorovich frigate, Vice-Admiral Zakhar’in minesweeper, and the Raptor-type motor boat of the Black Sea Fleet took part in the exercise.
