Sinotrans becomes a wholly - owned subsidiary of China Merchants

Reference is made to the announcements of Sinotrans Shipping Limited dated 15 November 2015, 20 November 2015, 18 December 2015, 29 December 2015 and 19 January 2016 in respect of the strategic reorganisation, Sinotrans & CSC has become a wholly - owned subsidiary of China Merchants.
