Coal exports from Russia up 7% to 43.591 mln t in Jan-March'17

In January-March 2017, Russian coal exports climbed by 7%, year-on-year, to 43.591 mln t, the Ministry of Energy statistics said.

In March, Russia exported 15,489,400 t of coal.

Coal production in January-March 2017 totaled 99,352,200 t including 91,272,200 t supplied.
