Boris Kabakov appointed as Director of Shipbuilding and Marine Facilities Department of Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (photo)

Boris Kabakov is appointed as the Director of the Shipbuilding and Marine Facilities Department of Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, a source at the Ministry told IAA PortNews. The position was previously held by Stanislav Chui, who now takes the post of an Advisor to Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade.

Boris Kabakov used to head the Department from December 2014 till May 2015, in February 2016 he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea.
