Icebreaker assistance services will not be provided at port Primorsk (Leningrad Region) from April 25

Amid absence of ice in the water area of port Primorsk (Leningrad Region) and at the approaches to the seaport, icebreaker assistance services will not be provided from 00:00 Moscow time on 25 April 2017 in compliance with the Order of Harbour Master Igor Zolotykh (4-26-р, dated 24 April 2017).

“Appearance of ice floes in canals and fairways is still possible. Therefore, mariners should take due care,” says the document.
