Roman Chesnokov appointed as head of Administration of IWW's Ob-Irtysh Basin

Roman Chesnokov has been appointed as head of the Administration of IWW's Ob-Irtysh Basin, says press center of Rosmorrechflot (Federal Marine and River Transport Agency).

Under the order No 56/к-мрф (signed on 24 April 2017) Roman Chesnokov took up his duties on April 25.

Roman Chesnokov was born in Krasnoyarsk on 22 April 1979. In 2000, he graduated from Interregional Legal College of Krasnoyarsk State University with specialization in legal studies, in 2003 Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University with specialization in legal studies.

Previous position (2013 – April 2017) – deputy head of the Administration of IWW's Yenisei Basin.
