  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices go up at port St. Petersburg following the surge of bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam. 

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $268 pmt (+$3).

  Average price of MGO - $467 pmt (+$17).

  Average price of ULSFO - $410 pmt (+$7).

  Minimum price of heavy fuel oil is $260 pmt, maximum - $275 pmt.
  
  The difference depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
