The first phase of Ust-Luga Cup 2017 which consisted of two short races in Helsinki (Finland) is over, says IAA PortNews correspondent who takes part in the regatta.

5. Morstroytechnology LLC (Jessika)
The panel of judges is chaired by Andrus Poksi (Estonia).
Victor Olersky, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, head of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency, who participated in the first phase of the regatta as a member of RS team (Victoria), commented: “The primary wish is to maintain the spirit that has prevailed for many years. I think, we should prepare for next regattas”.

Ust-Luga Cup involving the teams representing transport and related sectors is being held on the Baltic Sea on June 10 – 16, 2017.
The first Baltic Regatta Ust-Luga Cup was held in June, 2012. The Regatta is held under the auspices of Russia's Transport Ministry and Russian Sailing Federation.
