Fuel oil prices are still high at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $320 pmt (+20), MGO price was $510 pmt (+5).

Heavy fuel oil deficit is still observed in the region though market players says this product is gradually filling the market.

Bunker prices at the port of Singapore have climbed by $3-4 on the average.
