Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg offers icebreaker assistance from December 25

Icebreaker assistance season at the Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg starts on December 25 amid sub-zero air temperatures and beginning of ice formation in the Neva Bay. Harbour Master Andrey Glebov signed the Decree No 43-r on 22 December 2017.
