  Bunker prices are still high at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

  

  According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $350 pmt, IFO-180 НS - 360 pmt, MGO - $587 pmt.

  Fuel oil prices are ranging between $350 and $370 pmt depending on viscosity. Market players still mark heavy deficit of light fuel due to railway congestion caused by loading/unloading operations.

  Bunkering companies have had no fuel supplies for more than three weeks already with no changes expected after the New Year holidays.

  MGO price is as high as $600 pmt.

  MGO prices in the domestic market are still high amid the deficit – up to RUB 40,000 /pmt.
