Corvette Stoiky of RF Navy’s Baltic Fleet carries out special standard task complex (K-2) with artillery firings at sea
The BF corvette Stoiky successfully carried out the special standard task complex (K-2) with artillery firings at sea.
In accordance with the Fleet’s combat training plan, one of the Baltic Sea ranges was used by the ship crew for successful artillery firings at the simulated enemy’s air attack means.
Military seamen also practised some naval encounter elements on repelling attacks of the small-sized targets and carrying out air defence, as well as conducted drills on signal communications and damage control.
SAB-250 air bombs were used as aerial targets. Presented in the form of a garland with luminous elements, they were delivered by a Su-24 front-line bomber of the BF naval aviation.
