Following the latest elections for positions on the board of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA), IBIA announces that the acting board as of 1 April is as follows:

Hon Treasurer: Martin Laue Brodersen, Torm

Ten candidates were up for election for four board positions starting on April 1, 2018. The four board members that were elected for a 3-year term were industry consultant, author and lecturer Nigel Draffin (re-elected), Patrick Holloway of law firm Webber Wentzel Attorneys (re-elected), Adrian Pask of BP Marine and Nicolas Vukelja of Terramar.
IBIA extends a huge thank you to the two board members who have now completed their tenure: Robin Meech of Marine and Energy Consulting who served as the Chairman of IBIA for the past two years, and Eugenia Benavides of Terpel S.A. who served as Treasurer for the past two years.
