Victor Olersky appoints Igor Ishchenko as Harbour Master of port Primorsk
Igor Ishchenko has been appointed Harbour Master of port Primorsk from 19 June 2018 by the order Victor Olersky, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation – head of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot), Peotr Parinov, head of Baltic Sea Ports Administration, told IAA PortNews.
Previous position of Igor Ishchenko – Harbour Master of Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg.
Port Primorsk is Russia’s largest oil port in the Baltic Sea. It is the final stage of the Baltic Pipeline System (BPS). The port is located in the Leningrad Region, on the eastern coast of the Bjyerkezund Strait (Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea).
