Oil production in Tatarstan upped by 2.51% to 2.711 mln t in January

In January 2007, oil production in Tatarstan grew by 2.51% to 2.711 mln t from 2.645 mln t in January 2006, Tatneft says.
Tatneft upped oil production by 1.5% to 2.195 mln t in January from 2.162 mln t in the same period of last year. The figure includes 2.176 mln t produced in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and 516.664 th t produced in NNK's fields.
The drilling plan was performed by 105.5% in January. There were built and passed to consumers 36 wells, including for Tatneft - 18 wells.
