In 2018, Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC (MRC, a company of UCL Holding) allocated RUB 3.8 million for implementation of its social and charity programmes, up 22%, year-on-year.
In the reporting period, the bulk of resources was traditionally allocated for employee’s bonuses on the occasion of the most significant state holidays and family celebrations. MRC also covered its employees’ expenses for medical services, health resort packages, sports and recreation centres and sightseeing programmes. Special financial assistance was provided to employees with multi-child families, single-parent families and parents of first-graders.
Throughout the year, the company was paying special attention to its personnel training. In 2018, 108 employees completed different educational courses on skills upgrade and work safety.
For several years, MRC has been actively involved in the development of social infrastructure in the town of Kingisepp. In 2018, the company allocated RUB 1.5 million for the development of a project aimed at improving a pedestrian zone along the Vostochnaya and Vorovskoi streets. That is one of the largest recreational areas in the town. The company earlier participated in large-scale social projects of Kingisepp such as the construction of a family library.

The main cargo is export power coal. In 2018, MRC LLC handled 5.4 million tonnes of cargo.
