Hapag-Lloyd decides to avoid the Suez Canal and the Red Sea

According to clause 18 of Hapag-Lloyd's bill of lading “Matters affecting Performance” the company had to decide to avoid the Suez Canal and the Red Sea with immediate effect, and instead route its ships around the Cape of Good Hope.
