Oil transshipment via the Belokamenka storage tanker to make 4.1 million tons in 2007
In 2007, transshipment of oil via the Belokamenka storage tanker placed at outer anchorage in the Kola Bay (near Murmansk) will make 4.1 million tons, which is similar to the result of 2006, Reuter reports according to Murmansk business portal.
In 2006, Russia’s largest oil company dispatched about 1 million tons of crude produced at Timano-Pecheorsk field via the Belokamenka tanker from the ports of Varandei and Arkhangelsk. The rest volumes fall on Rosneft. In March 2007, export of crude via the Belokamenka grew to almost 300 thou tons from 230 thou tons in February.
