Oil production in Russia grew by 3.9% in March and 4.2% in the first quarter of the year, Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref said at a Monday conference chaired by President Vladimir Putin, Interfax reports.
He said that gas production rose by 1.2% in March and by 0.3% in the first quarter.
