Oil price up to $72.63 in London and to $71.09 in New York

In London the August Brent Crude contract was up $1.22 on July 2 to $72.63. Light Sweet Crude for August delivery climbed $0.41 to $71.09 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, Finmarket reports.
