'Zavod Krasnoye Sormovo' OJSC and 'CDB for SPC by R. E Alexeev' OJSC became members of 'The United Shipbuilding Corporation' OJSC on the condition that the state-owned shareholdings be transferred to the ownership of the new company, FIS reports according to RZD-Partner.
The shareholdings transfer is to be conducted before January 1, 2009. 'Krasnoye Sormovo' will be included in one of the structural subdivisions of 'USC' OJSC - 'Western Center of Shipbuilding' and 'CDB for SPC' OJSC - directly in the United Shipbuilding Corporation.
