Bharati Shipyard (India) gets 43.40 mln usd repeat orders from Norway company
Indian shipbuilder Bharati Shipyard Ltd said on Monday it had received repeat orders worth 43.40 mln usd from Norway-based Sea Cargo Skips AS for the design, construction and supply of two ro-ro/pallet/container vessels.
The company said the 5,800 metric tonne dead weight vessels will operate between the various ports in Scandinavia and the UK.
'With this, our total order book now stands at 39 bln rupees comprising 43 vessels,' said P C Kapoor, managing director of Bharati Shipyard.
