Customer relationship management (CRM) software developer MyCRM has recently been awarded a contract from Xiamen freight forwarder Trans-China Logistics, reported Logistics Week.
Trans-China Logistics is expected to introduce the software to improve service quality. MyCRM has built up a large customer base in the logistics industry in the past five years. Its customers include China Railway Container Transport, Sinotrans, China Changjiang National Shipping (Group) Corporation, DTW Logistics, Cosco Freight and Pan-Asia International Freight Forwarding.
