Export duties for mineral fertilizers may grow

Deputies introduced a draft law to the State Duma suggesting that export duties for mineral fertilizers and other fertilizers be increased, FIS reports according to RZD-Partner.
However, they should not be higher than 20% of the world's average price for the last two months. Now export duties are imposed not on all mineral fertilizers, the tax rate for all combined fertilizers is 5 %.
